Our software development projects are as unique as the people who lead them to success. We assume responsibility in a dynamic environment and are committed to our customers.
 

Your tasks are

- In the offer phase you support our sales representatives and you define the requirements together with them and the customer.
- Within your projects you are responsible for quality, scope, time line and the budget.
- You independently manage individual software development projects in German-speaking Switzerland.
- Your area of responsibility starts with the software specification and leads through planning, analysis and design to the successful implementation.
- You will act as single or first point of contact with our customer, you will ensure the fulfilment of the project goals and you will build up a lasting relationship with the customer through active consulting and upselling.
- You will take over coordination, communication, you will identify potential problems and offer solutions.
 

What we expect from you

- Completed studies at a university of applied sciences, university, ETH or corresponding further education
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Programming experience is an advantage
- Flexibility, initiative, team spirit and enthusiasm
- Expertise in fulfilling project assignments, leading the client and developing the relationship with the client
- Very good knowledge of German and English
